Originally named the “Knights Of The Round Table” we have decided to go with the pun-less “The Knights Of Excel”.
Meets: Wednesday Nights at 7:00 PM

Address: 186 Cambridge Road, Woburn, MA (next to Boston King Coffee)
Directions: Exit 33A off Route 128 North. Follow Route #A for abut 1 mile. The Plaza is located on the left (directly across from Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds and every other fast food restaurant that led Bob & Gary to have to start a men’s support group for weight loss!)
We’ll share our experiences, what works, what doesn’t, recommit to our personal goals, listen to guest speakers and make a commitment to journaling – a true “magic bullet” in the journey to health.
No admission or fees. Bring your food journal and sense of humor - leave your McNuggets at the door…
